A fire is lit.

On coming in to building of Spivaki records/Crazy music hotel visitors find themselves in fireplace hall, and just from there they can get to studio rooms and living zone of the hotel.

Living rooms are placed over the studio quarters and joined with fireplace hall by means of stairs, passages and balcony system.
These cozy attic rooms are lined with wood and, there are roof windows.
Outside hotel balcony looks on pine forest, but inner balconies face to fireplace hall.
Airways of the fireplace go through all rooms of the hotel and provide natural heating.

The project provides for every eventuality of recording and listening of material not only in studio conditions but in hotel rooms, because each of them has its own interesting acoustics.
We can record, for the instance, light session at the live fireplace or guitar amplifier sound with natural reverberation of the forest meadow where Spivaki records is situated.

Over the hotel rooms is the observation tower, equipped with telescope, and that's why one can spend wonderful night under stars.
