Technology is - concrete block is laid with holes upwards and hollows are filled with sand.
Capacity of spilled sand is 15м3, number shocked :)
In result, it will be rather heavy building.
Common final weight is going to be 400-500tons.
It will be problematically to bring out it to Space.

Last architectural questions – arrangement and placement of fireplace, flues and observation platform- are solved.
Materials for roof are defined.
We are waiting for publishing of ready design.
